Job summary

Scaleway is seeking a Product Manager for its Qarnot HPC/CAE solution. You will own the product roadmap, gather requirements from industrial customers across aerospace, automotive, and energy, and translate them into precise features for engineering teams.

You will collaborate with a 12-person engineering squad and other Scaleway teams to ensure seamless integration with cloud infrastructure. A strong PM background in HPC/CAE and hands-on approach are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a technical environment (HPC/CAE or numerical simulation).
• Solid understanding of numerical simulation workflows and CAE software such as Ansys Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM, CONVERGE, Abaqus or similar.
• Proven PM activities: roadmap definition, customer discovery, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, product specs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for the Qarnot HPC/CAE solution.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from industrial customers across sectors.
• Write internal and external documentation to enhance product usage.
• Translate customer needs into clear product specifications for engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering Managers and developers to manage priorities and feature delivery.
• Run pre-deployment tests to ensure features meet requirements.
• Develop understanding of numerical simulation workflows and CAE software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product consistency and technical feasibility.
• Manage multiple product initiatives balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
