Cabot Port Jérôme plant in Normandy, France, seeks an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead all accounting and financial reporting at the site, aligning with Cabot’s global standards and the Shared Services Center in Latvia.

You will own monthly closings, statutory accounts, VAT and tax filings, and the annual budget process, ensure SOX control compliance, and provide data‑driven insights to the Site Director and leadership team.

Formación

• Master's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• DSCG qualification is an advantage.
• 7+ years in finance (accounting, controlling or audit).
• Knowledge of French standards and US GAAP.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting for the Port Jérôme site.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accuracy.
• Prepare statutory accounts, tax returns and VAT filings.
• Ensure SOX/compliance and robust internal controls.
• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation with external consultants.
• Maintain relationships with auditors and tax authorities.
• Partner with Site Director and leadership to provide insights.
• Support digitalization and improvement initiatives across finance.
