Job summary

Cabot Port Jérôme in Normandy, France, seeks an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead all site accounting, reporting, planning and compliance activities. You will work closely with the Shared Services Center in Latvia and site leadership to ensure timely statutory accounts, VAT filings and internal controls in line with Cabot standards.

The role demands a master’s in accounting/finance, 7+ years’ experience in industry, fluency in French and English, and a proven ability to partner with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• DSCG qualification is advantageous.
• 7+ years of finance experience in industry/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting for the Port Jérôme site.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare statutory accounts, tax returns and VAT filings.
• Maintain robust internal controls in line with SOX.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with site leaders.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation (Local File).
• Manage relationships with statutory auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
