Kenvue is seeking a Site Finance Lead at the Val de Reuil site in France. You will partner with the Site Director and leadership team, driving planning, analytics and cost control across the site within the EMEA network.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, and communicating financial risks and opportunities. You will guide a team, ensure compliance, and support audits while promoting continuous improvement and financial discipline.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with a professional accounting qualification.
• Masters in Accounting/CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Fluency in French and English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a collaborative relationship with the Site Director and Site Leadership Team.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support investment decisions and cost savings opportunities.
• Drive the Site strategy, master plan, and performance reporting with insights on budget vs actuals.
• Lead planning, forecasting, product cost (standard costing) and pricing reviews.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and compliance across the Site.
