Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking a Success Advisory specialist to work with strategic clients and demonstrate the full value of the Pigment platform from an advisory perspective. Based in Paris, you will translate complex technical concepts into tangible roadmap outcomes and drive outcomes with clients.

You'll leverage AI tools to optimize client performance, lead multiple engagements, and collaborate with Product & R&D to surface opportunities for platform

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical, client-facing role (solution architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory).
• Credible with clients from platform admins to C-suite.
• Curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools in advisory work.
• Track record leading multiple parallel projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Advise strategic clients on technical topics, performance, and multidimensionality concepts.
• Partner with Customer Success to align strategies with roadmaps and challenges.
• Run workspace audits and automate them with AI-assisted tooling to deliver insights faster.
• Develop the Success Plan offering with repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules.
• Collaborate with Product & R&D to surface platform enhancement opportunities.
