Job summary

Ledger in Paris is seeking a data-focused professional to turn data into actionable insights for consumer sales and marketing across channels. You will own end-to-end analytics for Ledger.com, Amazon, and resellers, and drive budget decisions with rigorous causal methods.

You will build predictive models and data pipelines (dbt, Snowflake) and create Tableau dashboards to support stakeholders up to ExCom. A strong SQL background and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data science experience applied to business decisions; proven causal inference studies and/or predictive models that impacted budgets or pricing.
• Strong statistical rigor with experiment design, confidence intervals, power, and clear decisions when effects are not detectable.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering or data science.
• Strong SQL skills; able to challenge stakeholders' methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consumer sales analytics for Ledger.com, Amazon, wholesale and resellers with a single view of revenue, units and margin.
• Measure incremental impact of pricing, promotions and marketing campaigns using causal methods and experiments; advise Growth on budgets.
• Develop and improve data models (dbt/Snowflake) across sales, marketing, web analytics with data engineering support.
• Own performance marketing measurement (attribution, ROAS, CAC) and reconcile ad platforms with internal data.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for clear business insights.
• Model customer value (LTV, repurchase, services attach) to feed marketing ROI decisions.
• Collaborate in an AI-augmented team using LLM workflows to accelerate analyses.
• Create presentations turning analyses into recommendations for stakeholders up to ExCom.
