Ledger Enterprise seeks a data analytics professional to own consumer sales analytics end to end, from Ledger.com to resellers, delivering a unified view of revenue and margins. You will assess pricing and promotions using causal methods and guide Growth budgeting decisions.

You will build scalable data models (dbt/Snowflake) across sales, marketing and web analytics, and craft Tableau dashboards for leadership. Strong SQL and analytical storytelling are essential.

Formación

• Proven hands-on data science experience applied to business decisions with causal methods or predictive models.
• Strong statistical rigor including experiment design, confidence intervals, and power analysis.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering or data science.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• dbt skills are a plus; Tableau skills are a strong plus.
• Data-driven and business-oriented; able to challenge stakeholders' methodology.
• Familiarity with marketing/web analytics data (GA4, ad platforms) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own consumer sales analytics end to end: Ledger.com, Amazon, wholesale and resellers with a single view of revenue, units and margin.
• Measure incremental impact of pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns using causal methods; inform Growth budget decisions.
• Develop and improve data models (dbt/Snowflake) across sales, marketing, and web analytics with data quality alerts.
• Own performance marketing measurement (attribution, ROAS, CAC) integrating multiple data sources.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards giving clear, reliable performance views for business teams.
• Model customer value (LTV, repurchase) and feed into marketing ROI decisions.
• Collaborate in an AI-augmented environment using LLM workflows to accelerate analyses.
• Create presentations turning complex analyses into clear recommendations up to ExCom level.
