With 136 manufacturing plants and offices in 23 countries, Antolin has achieved this strong industry presence through 75 years of working with our customers in order to develop a complete cycle of component manufacturing, from their conception and design, through the development and validation stages, to their industrialisation and sequenced delivery.

Mission:

The Operations Manager ensures optimal performance across production, logistics, and supply chain. Responsible for driving process optimisation, continuous improvement, and efficient resource planning, the role ensures the fulfilment of customer requirements and operational KPI targets. The Operations Manager develops and supports a team of around 80 employees, reinforcing quality, safety, and operational excellence. As an active member of the site’s management committee, they contribute to strategic decisions, support industrial development projects, and drive the digitalisation of processes to secure the site’s long term performance and competitiveness.

Main responsibilities:
  • Supervise the site’s industrial activities (production, logistics, supply chain).
  • Optimise industrial processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and optimise production planning, currently operating on a 3‑shift system.
  • Prioritize operations according to customer requirements, including one synchronised production unit.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (OEE, productivity, tool changes, inventory, etc.) and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to budget definition, monitor execution, and optimise resource utilisation.
  • Promote collaboration across teams to strengthen cohesion, autonomy, and overall performance.
Team management and development:
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 80 employees.
  • Strengthen quality, safety, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Promote a hands on management style based on communication, rigor, and accountability.
Strategic contribution:
  • Implement industrial strategies defined by the management committee.
  • Ensure the site’s performance and operational continuity.
  • Contribute to development projects: new products, investments, flow optimisation.
  • Support the digitalisation of processes and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • As a member of the site’s management committee, actively participate in strategic decision‑making.
