Job summary

Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking an Operations HSE Specialist to lead and continuously improve Health, Safety and Environmental programs across EU HUB. The role focuses on risk management, incident prevention and contractor safety.

You will drive compliance with legal and corporate HSE requirements, conduct risk assessments, deliver training, and monitor performance indicators while partnering with leaders across functions and locations. Travel in Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead HSE programs across industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and risk controls.
• Experience translating global HSE strategies into local actions.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
