Job summary

Trusted Crew seeks a HSE Construction Supervisor for a long-term on-site assignment at a flexible pipe manufacturing facility in Le Trait, Normandy, France. The role is contract-based with ASAP start and a daily rate up to €400.

You will oversee daily HSE supervision across manufacturing and production, perform site inspections, monitor PPE and permit-to-work compliance, and lead toolbox talks and safety investigations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HSE position.

• Fluent / working proficiency in both French and English.

HSE Construction Supervisor – Flexible Pipe Manufacturing – Normandy, France

HSE Construction Supervisor is required to join our client on a long-term industrial project at a flexible pipe manufacturing facility in Le Trait, Normandy. This is a contract role, based on-site, with an ASAP start and paying up to €400 per day.

You will be responsible for daily HSE supervision across manufacturing and production activities; this includes site inspections, monitoring PPE and permit-to-work compliance, identifying unsafe acts and conditions, and stopping unsafe work where required. You will also deliver toolbox talks, follow up on safety observations and corrective actions, support incident investigations, and oversee lifting, crane, forklift, pressure testing and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HSE position.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial construction or Oil & Gas.
• Fluent / working proficiency in both French and English.
