ALDEBAR Group is seeking an HSE Coordinator for our Le Havre production site to strengthen the HSE team. You will implement, monitor, and continuously improve the HSE management system across manufacturing, logistics, assembly, and shipment preparation of industrial components.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will lead investigations, conduct inspections, train personnel, and drive safety performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an industrial HSE role.
• Strong knowledge of French HSE regulations and ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor site HSE procedures per client standards and French regulations.
• Conduct inspections and internal audits, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Train personnel on HSE best practices in heavy industrial environments.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and implement preventive measures.
• Track HSE performance indicators and contribute to reports.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure HSE compliance on site.
• Represent the HSE department in client audits and authority inspections.

OVERVIEW

As part of our industrial activities on a production site in the Le Havre region, we are looking for an HSE Coordinator to strengthen our team.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will play a key role in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the HSE management system on a large-scale production site, covering manufacturing, logistics, assembly, and shipment preparation of industrial components.

As the right-hand person to the HSE Manager, you will actively contribute to the site’s safety culture and regulatory compliance.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of site HSE procedures, in compliance with client standards and French regulations.
• Conduct inspections and internal audits, analyze deviations, and propose corrective action plans.
• Support and train personnel on HSE best practices, particularly in heavy industrial environments.
• Participate in accident and incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Track and analyze HSE performance indicators and contribute to internal and external reporting.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site.
• Guarantee regulatory compliance and proper application of the company’s HSE policies.
• Lead HSE communication, awareness, and training initiatives for production, maintenance, and logistics teams.
• Actively contribute to the preparation and deployment of new projects on site.
• Represent the HSE department during internal meetings, client audits, and inspections by authorities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in an HSE role within an industrial environment, ideally in the energy, manufacturing, or heavy equipment sector.
• Strong knowledge of French HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Solid skills in safety leadership, risk management, and on-site communication.
• Team spirit, rigor, reactivity, and a strong field-oriented mindset.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (Bachelor’s to Master’s level).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in renewable energy projects is a plus.
