Institut Lyfe in France seeks an Associate Professor in Human Resources Management with broad expertise in HRM and Hospitality/Gastronomy. The position is a permanent CDI starting January or September 2027, joining the permanent Faculty team.

Teaching duties include Bachelor-level courses, supervising student projects, and contributing to program development. Research duties involve publishing in indexed journals and leading an international team.

Qualifications

• PhD in HR/Management or related field.
• 5+ years of teaching in HR/Management/Hospitality Management.
• Proven publications in peer‑reviewed journals (FNEGE/ABS).
• Strong research pipeline with projects.
• Ability to blend theory with practical application.
• Willingness to reorient research toward Hospitality/Gastronomy.

Responsabilités

• Teach at Bachelor level within HR/Management and related areas.
• Supervise pedagogical projects and theses.
• Contribute to innovative teaching methods and syllabi.
• Participate in program and syllabi development and assessments.
• Maintain national and international professional networks.
