Ataway seeks an Integration Consultant to design, build, test and deploy integrations for UKG Pro WFM and related HR systems. You’ll collaborate with customers, functional consultants and technical teams to understand requirements, transform data and configure integration flows.

The role suits someone with HRIS, WFM, Payroll or ERP experience, comfortable with APIs, middleware tools and customer-facing delivery. Prior UKG Pro WFM or Boomi experience is valuable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in integration, HRIS, WFM, Payroll or consulting projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one integration or middleware platform such as Boomi, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, Talend, Workato, Informatica, Azure Logic Apps or similar.
• Practical understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, CSV files, SFTP, authentication, data mapping and error handling.
• Previous exposure to HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management or enterprise employee data flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, analyze logs and communicate findings to both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a customer-facing environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical designs, mappings and configuration.
• Build, configure or adapt integrations using Boomi, UKG templates, APIs, SFTP file exchanges and related tools.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV files, authentication mechanisms and error logs.
• Support testing cycles, investigate defects, reconcile data and document resolution steps.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling and Absence Management stakeholders to understand business context.
• Participate in client workshops, explain integration behavior clearly, and elevate risks or design decisions when needed.
• Maintain integration documentation, mapping specifications, test evidence and deployment notes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, reusable components and delivery practices.
