Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a motivated student to support HR administration. You will create and model dashboards for CSE/training, update L&D materials, and help coordinate training and onboarding programs.

You will use Excel, perform data entry, and engage with HR IT systems like ADP, SAP, and SuccessFactors. Strong organization and numerical sense are essential; alternance rhythm may be 1 week school / 3 weeks company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Interest in HR IT systems (ADP, SAP, SuccessFactors).

Responsabilités

• Creation and modeling of dashboards for the Works Council (CSE)/training committee — e.g., training forecast plans and training reports (verifying training data entry)
• Updating L&D presentations: training framework / EPP (professional performance review), etc.
• Monitoring and coordinating actions related to agreements (seniors / GEPP — workforce planning and career management)
• Launching, tracking and analyzing impact measurements for training and employee experience
• Creating/designing REFLEX sheets
• Facilitating the Onboarding program
