Job summary

Gennissen Holding B.V. is seeking an HR Manager to drive personnel policy, oversee recruitment, absence management, and development. You will collaborate with management and employees and serve as a trusted HR contact within the organization.

You will handle payroll administration, sick leave and career paths, as well as employment contracts and HR tooling. A proactive, communicative, detail-oriented stance is essential in this growing family business.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO-4/HBO level in HRM.
• 5-10 years of HR experience in a similar function.
• Experience with Time Moto and Co-Pilot HR.
• Good communication and administrative skills.

Your role as HR Manager

As HR Manager, you are the driving force behind our personnel policy. You ensure that everything in the HR field runs like clockwork, from recruitment and selection to absence management and personnel development. You work closely with management and employees and are a trusted point of contact within the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Taking care of personnel and payroll administration
• Supervising sick leave and career paths

What do you bring?

• Minimum MBO-4/HBO working and thinking level in HRM

• Passion for and knowledge of SME Manufacturing Industry
• Experience with digital HR systems such as Time Moto and Co-Pilot HR
• Good communication and administrative skills
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude
