Job summary

GoodCall seeks an experienced HR professional to join one of the world’s largest electronics manufacturers, expanding its activities in France. This hands-on role combines day-to-day HR management with close collaboration with site management and an international HR team.

You will take responsibility for local HR activities, support employees and managers, and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes for the new Angers site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or similar generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and the local labour market.
• Experience with employee relations and trade unions in France.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage a broad range of HR activities independently.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
