European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg is seeking an HR Analyst – Employment & Rewards for the Overseas Remuneration Unit. The role covers HR processes, payroll and benefits for local agents across External Offices, with relocation support and a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will coordinate HR services, liaise with payroll providers and legal teams, and ensure compliance with local regulations while contributing to policy development within an international finance institution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Law, Business, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in international settings.
• Experience in remuneration, payroll, procurement or legal services is an asset.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment matters.
• Proficiency in English and French; other EU languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as Country Officer for External Offices and coordinate HR services across locations.
• Review and reconcile payroll and benefits outputs, coordinate amendments and ensure compliance.
• Monitor remuneration framework and liaise with local legal providers and HR lawyers.
• Participate in procurement of local payroll, legal services, health and pension insurance providers.
• Maintain data in HR systems and ensure timely record keeping and documentation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for local agents and ensure regulatory compliance.
