Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Technical Project Lead for the HPC team in Paris or London, with frequent travel to Paris. You will oversee the delivery of HPC clusters from deployment to production, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with data centers and infrastructure providers.

Based in a hybrid setting, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, set milestones, and ensure projects meet technical and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in large infrastructure project management, preferably in HPC.
• Deep program management experience delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of HPC clusters from hardware deployment to production readiness.
• Strategically manage project timelines, deliverables and milestones to ensure on-time completion.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets to support project goals.
• Negotiate with data centers and infrastructure providers to secure necessary agreements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technical and operational objectives.
• Communicate project progress and strategic direction to stakeholders.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to project standards.
