About the job

We are looking for a student or recent graduate to join our house search team as a full‑time intern (paid stage). In this role you will help clients realize their dream of living in France.

Responsibilities

• Assist an international clientele in searching for and negotiating home purchases in France under the supervision of a licensed and experienced agent.
• Manage the entire house search and purchase process: needs analysis, prospecting, organizing visits, and negotiating with agencies.
• Stay informed about French property laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Prepare and follow purchase files according to French regulations.
• Maintain clear communication in both English and French with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with real estate, legal, and administrative partners.
• Ensure a high‑quality service consistent with international relocation standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French with professional proficiency (must).
• A student or recent graduate with a background in real estate.
• An excellent communicator and negotiator.
• A people person with a strong client‑oriented approach, autonomy, and rigor.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable of Paris/western suburbs (plus but not required).
