Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator in the hotel content domain. You will act as the primary owner for incoming hotel content requests, resolve Extranet issues, and maintain accurate property information and amenities.

Collaboration with internal teams and strict quality checks are essential to ensure timely fulfillment of requests. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Tourism or Business and 1–3 years in related fields, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Business required.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel operations, coordination, content management, or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with shared inboxes, ticketing systems, or structured workflows.
• Ability to follow established guidelines while maintaining high accuracy.
• Familiarity with extranets or hotel platforms is a plus.
