The Leading Hotels of the World is seeking a proactive Regional Marketing Assistant to support B2C and B2B campaigns across multiple channels. You will ensure accurate hotel content on LHW.com and manage email marketing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You will coordinate translations, prepare presentations for hoteliers, and help develop marketing newsletters and webinars. Strong English/French language skills and MS Office experience are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support the Regional Marketing team in B2C and B2B campaigns.
• Execute marketing activities across channels including LHW.com, email, social media, and PR.
• Build and execute email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain accuracy of campaign landing pages and hotel content on LHW.com.
• Oversee translation process from English to French and revisions.
• Prepare meeting presentations with hoteliers and distribute weekly regional updates.
• Coordinate onboarding of New Member Hotels' marketing activities.
• Help with content development of newsletters and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Marketing team in implementing B2C and B2B campaigns.
• Execute marketing activities across multiple channels including LHW.com, email marketing, social media, and PR.
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Help with pop-up banners and homepage creation to distribution.
• Maintain the accuracy of campaign landing pages and hotel content on LHW.com.
• Conduct weekly rate audits of Brand Marketing Offers and tracking on Salesforce.
• Track marketing and PR activities in Salesforce.
• Help prepare marketing campaign results reporting and assist in building presentations.
• Proactive input on improvement suggestions on tools and processes within the Regional Marketing Team.
• Prepare and distribute to stakeholders the weekly updates email by region reporting on upcoming marketing initiatives in the region.
• Oversee the entire translation process, coordinating tasks, assigning translations to translators, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct translation revisions from English to French.
• Help prepare meeting presentations with hoteliers.
• Keep the hotelier-facing content updated with relevant information.
• Assist with the content development of the hotelier-facing PR & Marketing Newsletter and hotelier-facing webinar.
• Help with onboarding marketing activities of New Member Hotels.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• French native speaker.
• Fluency in written and spoken business English.
