Sunweb Group is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, including the slope-side terrace, snackbar and restaurant, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead a team of hospitality professionals, manage stock and procurement, recruit when needed, and ensure service standards meet company procedures. This role offers a competitive salary, a 39-hour week, performance bonus and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in a hotel setting.
• Strong communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to recruit, plan staffing and manage operations.

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of dedicated staff members. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of service, optimizing hotel performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your impact

• Oversee and coordinate the operations day to day in the hotel, outside terrace on the slopes, snackbar and restaurant.
• Track stock levels of food and drinks, supplies and equipment. You oversee ordering what is necessary.
• Create the planning for your team of hospitality heroes, help in the recruitment and manage the team.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service according to the company operating procedures.
• Attend to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage purchases, relations with suppliers and follow up invoicing.
