Sunweb Group is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, including the slope-side terrace, snackbar and restaurant, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead a team of hospitality professionals, manage stock and procurement, recruit when needed, and ensure service standards meet company procedures. This role offers a competitive salary, a 39-hour week, performance bonus and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in a hotel setting.
• Strong communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to recruit, plan staffing and manage operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations, terrace, snackbar and restaurant.
• Track stock levels and manage procurement and supplier relations.
• Create team schedules and support recruitment.
• Maintain high service standards according to procedures.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Manage purchases and follow up invoicing.
