Sunweb Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the French Alps to keep alpine accommodations running smoothly. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, heating, and plumbing systems, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.

This full-time position (39 hours/week) offers accommodation and meals, healthcare coverage, and a ski pass or activity voucher. Fluency in English or French is required, Dutch a plus; join a close-knit team in a stunning Alpine

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar maintenance or technical role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, heating, and plumbing systems.
Familiar with general building repairs and preventative maintenance routines.
Speak English and/or French (Dutch a plus).
Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multitask.
Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

Inspect guest rooms, common areas, equipment, and systems for safety and condition.
Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating, and building systems.
Implement preventive maintenance plans and respond quickly to issues.
Manage utilities and technical systems to ensure smooth operations.
Order, organize, and track maintenance materials.
Follow hygiene and safety procedures, including water tests and fire checks.
