Mercier Consultancy Group in Sofia, Bulgaria, is seeking a Hebrew-speaking Travel Support Advisor to deliver world-class assistance to international travelers. You will handle bookings, inquiries, and disruptions with empathy and professionalism.

Fluency in Hebrew is mandatory, prior travel or hospitality experience is preferred, and you will work on-site in Sofia with CRM tools and a focus on customer satisfaction and timely problem resolution.

Competenze

• Native or fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience in travel, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
