Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Hebrew-speaking Content Moderator to join our client’s team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will review and moderate user-generated content across social platforms, applying Hebrew language skills and cultural understanding to ensure safety and policy compliance.

The role is on-site in Sofia with relocation support, English collaboration, and ongoing training. A strong eye for detail and resilience to review sensitive content are essential for success in a fast-paced

Qualificações

Native or fluent Hebrew (written and spoken) is required.
Proficient English for collaboration within an international environment.
Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for on-site work.
Strong attention to detail and resilience when processing sensitive content.
Experience with social media content guidelines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Review and moderate user-generated content across various social platforms.
Identify and escalate potential policy violations to maintain a safe environment.
Use Hebrew language skills to interpret context and slang in posts.
Maintain accuracy while meeting defined performance metrics in a fast-paced setting.
Collaborate with Sofia-based teams to uphold brand safety and platform integrity.
Participate in ongoing training to improve moderation capabilities.
