Tandem Health in Paris is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead integrations that connect our platform with external healthcare systems. You will coordinate closely with the France team and the central Integrations team in Stockholm to shape concrete proposals and drive critical technical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in SaaS, platform, or healthtech environments.
• Ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Technical fluency: APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or momentum.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions.
• Native level French speaking.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
• Map external systems against our platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners.
• Coordinate between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders, bridging France and Stockholm teams.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
• Work with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture for robust solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity.
• Build and improve processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and delivery.
• Ensure visibility across stakeholders by tracking progress and surfacing risks.
