Medpace, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Product Manager (Research Engineer) to lead Core Lab Systems development, including Medical Imaging, Cardiovascular, and Remote Biosensor tech.

You will drive innovation and ensure platforms meet sponsor needs in clinical trials. You will shape product vision, manage end-to-end development, and collaborate with radiologists and stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements, while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as a Product Manager in healthcare preferred.
• Proven track record of launching successful applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into actionable requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Core Lab solutions.
• Drive end-to-end project execution including planning, sprints, and releases.
• Collaborate with radiologists, sponsors, and stakeholders to gather needs and translate into requirements.
• Use Agile methodologies to manage product development and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with software engineering, QA, regulatory, and other teams to launch products.
• Ensure Core Lab solutions comply with regulatory standards and quality procedures.
• Communicate updates and gather feedback from users.
