Medpace, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Product Manager (Research Engineer) to lead Core Lab Systems development, including Medical Imaging, Cardiovascular, and Remote Biosensor tech.

You will drive innovation and ensure platforms meet sponsor needs in clinical trials. You will shape product vision, manage end-to-end development, and collaborate with radiologists and stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements, while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as a Product Manager in healthcare preferred.
• Proven track record of launching successful applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into actionable requirements.

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Core Lab solutions.
• Drive end-to-end project execution including planning, sprints, and releases.
• Collaborate with radiologists, sponsors, and stakeholders to gather needs and translate into requirements.
• Use Agile methodologies to manage product development and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with software engineering, QA, regulatory, and other teams to launch products.
• Ensure Core Lab solutions comply with regulatory standards and quality procedures.
• Communicate updates and gather feedback from users.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedProductManager(Research Engineer) to lead the development and enhancement of our Core Lab Systems including Medical Imaging, Cardiovascular and Remote Biosensor Technology. This role will be pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring our platforms meet the evolving needs of our clinical trial sponsors.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• ProductVision & Strategy:Develop andcommunicate a clearproductvision and strategy for Core Lab’s solutions, aligning with Medpace's overall objectives.
• ProductDevelopment: Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, sprint management, and release cycles.
• Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Collaborate with radiologists, clinical trial sponsors, and internal stakeholders to gather user needs and translate them into detailed product requirements. Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
• Agile Methodology:Utilize Agile methodologies to manageproductdevelopment, ensuring iterative progress and timely delivery of features.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with software engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and other teams to ensure successfulproductdevelopment and launch.
• Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all Core Lab solutions comply with relevant regulatory standards and quality procedures
• Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicateproductupdates and gather feedback from internal and external users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good experience as a Product Manager in the health care domain is preferred.
• Proven track record of launching successful applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into clear and actionable requirements.

Nice-to-have

• Strong understanding of medical imaging technologies and workflows in clinical trials.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality procedures for medical devices and software
• Experience with SQL databases, Angular, C#.NET
