Vocca is hiring a Software Engineer to own the end-to-end stack, from core services to user-facing dashboards. You will work closely with founders, design, and growth to build healthcare-grade systems that are fast, reliable, and secure.

This role offers ownership from architecture to deployment, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability in a fast-growing healthcare AI startup.

Qualifications

• T-shaped engineer: strong in backend (APIs, infra, data) with solid frontend fundamentals OR frontend UI eye.
• Own your stack end-to-end, from architecture to deployment to monitoring.
• Hold work to exceptionally high standards for reliability and maintainability.
• Curious about AI, voice, and healthcare, applying skills to meaningful problems.

Responsabilités

• Own our technical stack end-to-end, from core services to user-facing dashboards.
• Design healthcare-grade, fast, reliable, and secure systems.
• Scale Vocca’s platform to millions of calls across medical practices.
• Establish engineering culture: code reviews, documentation, and technical decision-making.
