Moncler is seeking a Head of VM EMEA to join its Corporate Office in Paris. You will lead a team of 11 VM professionals across Europe, ensuring premium visual merchandising that aligns with the brand and commercial targets.

Reporting to the Retail Merchandising & VM Director EMEA with dotted line to the WW Visual Merchandising Director, you will oversee standards, collaborate with global HQ, and drive VM evolution across 20 countries and 100 DOS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of VM managerial experience in luxury fashion/retail.
• Creative, able to translate concepts into compelling visuals that drive sales.
• Strong people management, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of current fashion/trends.
• Flexible hours and willing to travel.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and stay energetic.
• Fluent English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead VM direction across all EMEA stores with guidance to maintain brand image.
• Ensure VM standards compliance with global HQ.
• Collaborate with Retail teams and motivate the VM team.
• Coordinate VM with planning to align with new collection deliveries.
• Coach and develop the EMEA VM team; manage activities and share best practices.
• Manage and control the EMEA VM budget.
• Document changes after store visits and participate in events.
• Identify and evolve VM and product presentation to meet brand expectations.
