Qonto is seeking a Head of Treasury to lead day-to-day treasury operations during a pivotal transition from a PSP to a fully licensed bank. You will manage cash flows, lead a small team, and ensure regulatory readiness from day one.

You will report to the Director of Core Finance and collaborate with Product & Tech teams to align systems with banking requirements. Strong ALM and regulatory experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cash management in a bank or large corporate setting.
• Experience in licensed banking environments and PSP vs bank treasury.
• Comfort with payment rails (SEPA, SWIFT) and treasury tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize daily cash flows within regulatory constraints.
• Lead a treasury team (2–3 people) during transformation.
• Serve as primary treasury contact for licensing project and build the roadmaps.
