Qonto is seeking a Head of Treasury in Paris to own day-to-day treasury operations during a pivotal PSP-to-bank transformation. You will manage cash, guide a small team, and ensure compliance with banking regulations from day one.

You will collaborate with ALM, Risk & Compliance, and core banking teams to translate strategic directives into practical, auditable actions. Fluent French is required for ACPR interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large cash volumes in a bank or major corporate setting.
• Experience in a licensed banking environment and treasury constraints.
• Familiarity with payment rails and treasury management systems.
• Proven team leadership in treasury or finance roles.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with process improvement.
• Experience translating ALM directives into operations.
• Fluent French for ACPR interactions and banking context.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily cash flows and liquidity within banking regulatory constraints.
• Lead a treasury team of 2–3 managers and specialists.
• Serve as primary treasury contact for the banking license project and roadmap.
• Implement ALM strategies and translate directives into operations.
• Interface with Product & Tech teams to align systems with banking needs.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance on regulatory implementation.
