GALILEO RH is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering in Paris. This role involves leading pre-sales discussions with technical teams and adapting secure architectures in sensitive sectors. The ideal candidate has 7 to 15+ years of experience, expert knowledge in Unified Communications, and is comfortable engaging with CISOs on cybersecurity topics.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership in high-pressure environments, possess strong networking skills and be adept at building a Solutions Engineering function while managing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 7 to 15+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Deep knowledge of UC&C security and architectures.
• Experience in leading technical discussions with CISO.

Responsabilités

• Adapt and benchmark architectures for UC&C.
• Manage cybersecurity requirements and audits.
