London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Paris is seeking an IT Security SecOps Lead to oversee security operations, vulnerability management, incident response and governance across internal teams and outsourced services. You will integrate with a global IT security function and report to the Head of IT Security.

Bring 10+ years in security engineering or operations, CISSP/GIAC or equivalent, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/engineering/cybersecurity.
• 10+ years as Security Engineer or Security Operations role, in complex environments.
• CISSP, GIAC or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
• Fluent English mandatory for international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cyber security monitoring activities across internal and outsourced services.
• Coordinate incident response and recovery activities with technology teams and SOC.
• Manage security operations service delivery, SLAs, KPIs and dashboards.
• Oversee outsourced cyber security services with governance and escalation.
• Provide guidance to IT Security Officers on controls and evidence gathering.
