Job summary

G Squared International is seeking a Head of Retail Europe to lead a vast European boutique network from Paris. The role requires ownership of a 100+ boutique footprint, high visibility across Europe, and a hands-on leadership style focused on team development and store excellence.

Applicants should have proven experience running multi-site operations in Europe, managing Area Managers, and delivering strong sales performance.

• Travel 3–4 days per week to oversee markets and partners.

• Proven experience leading multi-site retail operations across Europe.

• The flexibility and appetite for extensive European travel (3–4 days per week).
