Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a results-driven Head of Retail to lead our European store portfolio from our Paris office. The role oversees strategy, profitability, clienteling, and brand alignment, with about 4 days in the office and 1 day of work-from-home.

The leader will drive expansion, optimize omnichannel performance, and develop talent across a multi-location organization while maintaining executive-grade standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in retail, ideally luxury fashion.
• Proven success leading multi-store operations, driving revenue, managing large P&L, and expanding into new markets.
• Deep understanding of retail metrics, customer behaviors, and omnichannel dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year retail growth strategy for Europe, including new store openings and market development.
• Own full P&L responsibility for the European retail business; achieve financial targets.
• Drive in-store execution standards, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency across locations.
• Lead personalized clienteling initiatives and events to maximize lifetime value and revenue.
• Ensure brand alignment across touchpoints and collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Events.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field leadership team; drive talent development and DEI initiatives.
