Job summary

PEAK LIFECYCLES HR is seeking a Regulatory Affairs leader by foundation to shape how the pharmaceutical sector engages with new models such as digital platforms, B2B partnerships and consumer‑driven distribution in a highly international Paris‑based environment.

You will work upstream with Marketing, Medical and Legal to assess and enable emerging business models, translate regulatory complexity into actionable choices, and lead a team through ongoing regulatory transformation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within the pharmaceutical industry and a strong foundation in Regulatory Affairs.
• Experience in Promotional Control and/or Scientific Information.

Responsibilities

• Lead Promotional and Scientific Information Governance in France, ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling evolving engagement models.
• Explore regulatory pathways for digital healthcare platforms, B2B partnerships, online medicine and new channels.
• Integrate Regulatory Affairs early into development of emerging business models and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop an experienced team through ongoing regulatory transformation.
