Qualifications

• Advanced engineering degree with 10+ years in R&I/Engineering in Aerospace/Defense/Railway.
• End-to-end program ownership and portfolio governance experience.
• Fluent English and native French language skills.

• Portfolio Governance with value, risk, TRL/IRL-based sequencing.
• Venture Scouting & Partnerships to accelerate capability build-up.
