Zusammenfassung

Leach International Europe seeks a Business Unit Manager to lead a cross-functional Core Team and drive profitability for the BU. You will report to the VP Sales and be responsible for pricing, strategy, and interfacing with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance to achieve targets.

You will travel across Europe, Asia, Oceania, and the United States to support business development and customer relations while ensuring on-time delivery and quality objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years in a Program Manager role in aerospace/defense.
• Direct international customer interaction is required.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Directs the sales team to identify, pursue, and win new business.
• Monitors and achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual BU budgets.
• Defines and monitors the sales and marketing plan to meet objectives.
• Defines BU pricing policy and ensures its implementation.
• Presents BU performance and corrective actions to senior management.
