Qualifications

• Educational background in Electrical Engineering, RF, Signal Processing, or related field.
• Proven transition from IC to management with deep technical understanding.
• Experience leading radar, RF, EW, or RF navigation teams in a defence prime or cleared-environment scale-up.
• Fluent in French and English; active or recent cleared status is a strong plus.
• Desire to stay technically engaged while leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated people manager for engineers, overseeing performance reviews, career growth and training.
• Own recruitment process to build and sustain a high-performing team for growth in a scarce talent market.
• Develop and implement standardised work processes across radar, radio, EW and signal-processing teams.
• Audit and improve internal tooling, selecting between off-the-shelf and custom solutions to empower engineers.
• Contribute to organisational structure by reorganising modules and driving cross-functional delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the company vision and strategic technical direction.
