Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Head of Programmes to lead and elevate its project and programme management capability. You will establish a Centre of Excellence within the Transport Business Unit, embedding an agile, customer-centric delivery culture that drives superior client outcomes and growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale projects and programs.
• Proven track record of managing, growing, and inspiring teams of project and program managers.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with direct project P&L responsibility.
• Experience in strategic, high-visibility projects across a broad organization.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Centre of Excellence and define standardized delivery methodologies, governance, and KPIs.
• Drive a customer-first culture across the project lifecycle to exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with Business Unit VP and GM to align delivery roadmap with growth objectives.
• Lead executive-sponsored strategic programs across the Transport Business Unit to drive growth.
• Mentor and empower a high-performing team of Project and Program Managers.
