Job summary

Arrive in Paris is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own program delivery bridging strategy and execution across transport, mobility and software projects.

You will enforce phase-gate governance, baseline control, and robust change management while engaging senior stakeholders and external partners.

Ideal candidates will have experience with PRINCE2/PMI/Agile and strong financial acumen to protect commercial baselines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-stakes projects within the Transport, Mobility, Software markets.
• Hands-on experience navigating Phase-Gate governance structures.
• Strong proficiency in P&L tracking, contract management, cost forecasting and baseline change control.

Responsibilities

• Your mission includes Program Execution & Baseline Control: planning, baselining, and defending PMP details.
• Financial & Contractual Governance: manage budgets, cost control, and enforce T&Cs.
• Risk, Resource & Stakeholder Management: RAID, resource allocation, and executive communications.
