Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Head of Programmes to lead and elevate the project and programme management team across the portfolio. You will establish a Centre of Excellence within the Transport Business Unit, embedding an agile, customer-centric delivery culture that consistently exceeds client expectations.

Reporting to the VP Global Project Delivery, you will coach PMs, drive cross-border collaboration, manage P&L, and guide strategic programs that transform urban mobility.

Qualifications

• Track record of leading complex, large-scale programmes and projects.
• Proven ability to grow and inspire teams of project/programme managers.
• Strategic leadership in initiating and delivering high-visibility programs.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and scale a Project Centre of Excellence with standardized delivery methods and KPIs.
• Drive a customer-first culture across the project lifecycle to exceed client expectations.
• Align the project delivery roadmap with broader business unit growth objectives.
• Lead executive-sponsored strategic projects to drive growth and capability.
• Lead PMs/Program Managers, creating clear career paths and performance frameworks.
• Foster engagement, ownership, and accountability from bid support to client handover.
• Maintain overall financial oversight and project profitability, including budget compliance.
• Support client negotiations, contract reviews, and scope changes to protect margins.
• Establish risk management frameworks and proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with international counterparts to harmonize workflows and share best practices.
