Proton is seeking a Head of Product to own the overall product strategy and roadmap for Proton Inbox. You will set the vision for the core inbox experience and manage a team of Product Managers, collaborating with engineering, design, growth and marketing to turn that vision into a deliverable roadmap.

You will lead a high-impact product with a strong emphasis on user-centered decisions, data-driven KPIs, and close alignment with executive leadership across multiple hubs in Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a major product area end to end.
• Experience hiring, managing, coaching, and developing a team of Product Managers.
• Track record of setting product vision and roadmap with cross-functional buy-in.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss architecture with engineers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the Proton Inbox product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the execution from idea to launch with cross-functional partners.
• Coach and grow a team of Product Managers and set clear priorities.
• Partner with engineering, design, growth, and marketing on major initiatives.
• Represent Mail in company-wide planning and resource discussions.
• Define and own KPIs for Mail and drive progress.
• Ground roadmap decisions in user research and data.
