Qualifications

• Deep understanding of technology, products, and business environments, preferably in AdTech.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and gain acceptance from others in complex environments.
• Experience presenting work to senior management with actionable next steps.
• Strong statistical foundations and ability to develop experimentation and causal reasoning methods.
• Proficiency in SQL and data exploration to structure complex problems.

Responsabilités

• Define, lead, and scale Product Analytics with a clear vision and measurable impact.
• Own end-to-end analytics projects, roadmap planning, and data resource management.
• Develop new analytical approaches and techniques to validate results and justify conclusions.
• Act as Product Owner for analytics tools and data assets, including interfaces and reporting systems.
• Lead executive meetings to drive key decisions and align across functions.
• Hire, mentor, and scale analysts, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
