Chanel Europe, with Upward as recruitment partner, seeks a BI Product Manager for Sales & Channel Management to lead a data analytics squad and evolve reporting and self-service BI across Europe.

You will define the vision, roadmap and backlog, rationalize legacy landscapes, and ensure data quality and adoption among Top Management, market teams, and sales leaders. Fluent French and English, strong leadership, and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in BI product management.
• Strong understanding of Retail, sales performance indicators.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Recognized leadership in international matrix environments.
• Solid expertise in data visualization and BI product ownership.

Responsabilités

• Lead BI Data Analysts and Data Engineers in an agile squad.
• Define vision, roadmap, and backlog for Sales & Channel BI.
• Rationalize legacy reporting landscape and reports.
• Ensure data quality, accessibility, and relevance across BI solutions.
