Kwan-tek seeks a Head of Product NDT Solutions to shape the product strategy for our NV diamond quantum sensor-powered offerings. You will define the product vision, identify markets, and lead cross-functional teams across Applications, R&D, Engineering and Sales to ensure market success.

With 8–15 years in industrial product leadership, you will build compelling business cases, manage the product lifecycle, and drive go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in an industrial environment with product leadership.
• Experience in Product Management, Technical Business Development, or Applications Engineering.
• Experience with complex hardware/software/measuring systems and NDT domains.

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision in alignment with the company strategy.
• Identify and prioritize target markets for NDT solutions.
• Build business cases for new product offerings and define positioning.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and lifecycle management.
• Gather VoC and monitor competition and technology in the NDT sector.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Applications, R&D, and Sales.
