Kwan-Tek is seeking an Industrialization & Supply Chain Manager to bridge R&D, engineering and production for its quantum sensing technology. You will build scalable industrial processes, organize the supply chain, and drive pilot builds and ramp-up to ensure reliable global manufacturing.

The role combines cross-functional leadership, supplier management, and KPI-driven operations, with a permanent contract, hybrid work, and 100% employer-funded health insurance. Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in the industrialization of technology-based products.
• Experience in industrial project management.
• Experience involving supplier management and supply chain activities is essential.
• Experience in instrumentation, photonics, electronics, scientific equipment, or complex systems would be a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support the transition from prototype to serial production
• Define and implement manufacturing processes
• Manage pilot builds and pre-production activities
• Identify and mitigate technical, industrial, and logistical risks
• Drive ramp-up activities
• Ensure smooth transfer of R&D developments into production
• Secure strategic sourcing activities
• Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers
• Build and maintain a reliable supplier network
• Implement procurement and inventory management tools
• Anticipate supply, dependency, and obsolescence risks
• Contribute to procurement and sourcing strategies
• Develop operational KPI's and reporting tools
• Formalize inventory and procurement procedures
• Structure industrial data and workflows
• Contribute to the selection and deployment of a future ERP system
• Prepare operations for future production scale-up
• Act as the link between R&D, Engineering, Production, and suppliers
• Manage industrialization schedules and milestones
• Monitor critical actions and deliverables
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders
• Identify weaknesses in existing operational flows
• Improve industrial and logistics processes
• Contribute to the operational structuring of the company
• Support Kwan‑tek’s industrial maturity journey
