Naboo is a new Global leader in Corporate Events. We are a team of 250 builders, passionate about events, tech and AI. We help our Enterprise and SMB clients book, plan, pay and procure all their corporate events. Whether it’s a business lunch or a full-blown annual retreat overseas, Naboo makes it happen smoothly and efficiently, eliminating tedious tasks with AI-powered automation. Our event specialists focus on delivering tailored advisory and effective support to clients and vendors.
Based in Paris, London, Barcelona, Hamburg, New York, Singapore and Montreal, Naboo is expanding globally, scaling fast with strong backing from top-tier international investors.
Your mission is split between Corporate Legal strategy and execution - structuring our global expansion, board governance, and compliance - and Operational & Commercial Legal enablement - building the contractual engine that allows our Sales and Partnership teams to close deals with Enterprise Clients and Suppliers seamlessly.
Lead the legal setup of our new international subsidiaries (UK, US, Singapore...), ensuring compliance with local corporate laws, inter-company transfer pricing, and cross-border governance. Manage corporate secretary duties for our French parent company and global subsidiaries, coordinate board meetings, prepare resolutions, and manage the legal relationship with investors. Oversee the legal administration of our employee equity programs (BSPCE, BSA) and other legal topics across different jurisdictions.
Build and update our Master Services Agreements (MSAs), acting as the legal co-pilot for our Enterprise Sales team, directly jumping into negotiations with the procurement and legal departments of Tier-1 enterprise clients (CAC 40, Fortune 500) to close high-value contracts. Structure win-win MSAs with our global network of suppliers (independent venues, trendy boutique hotels, and global hotel groups like Accor or Marriott). Own the Terms of Service (ToS) for our platform. Ensure our expanding verticals, including our new in-house flight and travel agency division, are fully compliant with European, UK, and US travel regulation standards.
